I love the way I feel after class. It’s refreshing first thing in the morning. I actually feel guilty if I miss a workout! NYSF is different from other gyms because they pay attention to the details. They take time to show you the right way to do the moves and explain why you are doing them. I love that I show up to class and the workouts are already planned out and setup. I encouraged and recommended NYSF to friends and family because I feel this is a gym where you'll actually get your money's worth. It's more like personal training! NYSF mixes their routines up which is nice, so your workouts will never become boring Prior to NYSF I honestly did 80% cardio 20% strength... Now, I thoroughly enjoy strength days at NYSF! I highly recommend NYSF to anyone! The atmosphere is unlike any other! I love the camaraderie between the coaches and members! Everyone is like family and so welcoming!! I have always worked out either at home or other gyms and would become bored after a few months and need to switch it up! Because of the variety of workouts, I am never bored and always feel challenged. I walk in every day and never know what I am going to get. NYSF coaches are knowledgeable and encouraging.
