What is Food Freedom?!

  • Food Freedom is feeling in control of what you eat.
  • Learning that YOU get to decide what is worth it! Learning that you do not need to eat it because it is there; you eat it because you want it! And if after one bite you decide you don’t, you can decide to stop eating. 
  • Knowing that you are in control.
  • Food freedom looks different on everyone! This is what makes it so beautiful. YOU make the “rules” OR Don’t make ANY rules! That works too!
  • Food Freedom isn’t perfect, it is learning, and learning to give yourself grace and you navigate through your choices.  


This program is for anyone who has successfully completed a Whole30 and reintroduction. Group opens February 11th and runs through March 10th Coaching includes:  

  • Initial email consolation discussing your goals for the month.
  • Home work assignments! Food Freedom is work, but it is worth it! I will help lay the groundwork to provide you with the tools you need to navigate through your Food Freedom. 
  •  Daily affirmations and “vibes”! Morning posts to help you set your intention and start each day clear and strong. 
  • Accountability! Nightly “Check-Ins” in our closed Facebook group! 
  • Education, resources, habit based tips

Hello and Welcome! If you are here, I think it is safe to assume it is because of your interest in improving your relationship with food. You came to the right place.  

I am Heather. A working mother, wife, fitness lover (that one still surprises me), self-improvement junkie, and former food addict. I spent (wasted) many adult years in a body I was not comfortable in. I was able to lose weight, really good at gaining it all back, and then would suffer through another diet to lose it again….  

I found fitness, which helped tremendously, but I still struggled behind closed doors. I had it all together, ate “clean” (whatever that is) Monday-Friday, but every weekend was the same struggle, fighting the urge to eat everything, most of the time I lost.  

Food was how I dealt with stress. Food diverted me from my problems, it numbed me temporarily to anything I wanted to avoid. Food was the ultimate distraction, until it wasn’t....  

I understand the destruction that comes with food issues. Wherever you are, I have been there too, and I want to help. 

At the end of the day, I think we all have the same goal. To feel good in our bodies. Whole30 is the tool that helped me make that happen, and reading Food Freedom Forever blew the door wide open. I want to help you use your understanding of Whole30, and the lessons it taught you to help you in your Food Freedom! Because isn’t that the whole goal of the Whole30, to learn to treat ourselves well!

I want to help you change your relationship with food. The beautiful thing about Food Freedom is you are in charge, but that can be scary! I want to help you navigate the beginning of your Food Freedom, and help you lay the ground work that will turn into being able to trust our bodies, trust our hunger, enjoy food and live YOUR Food Freedom! 

If you can commit to yourself, then I will commit 100% to you. Let’s rock this together. I would be honored to help you, and I will work my @$$ off for you. Together- we got this.

Frequently asked Questions:

Can I do this if I haven’t done a Whole30? Unfortunately, no. This group is for people who have successfully completed a Whole30 and reintroduction. 

Can I do this group if I do not have Facebook? 

No. Aside from the initial email, everything will take place only on Facebook.  

Do I need to read Food Freedom Forever? Yes and no. Yes, I strongly believe your Food Freedom success will only come after you have read the book, and almost everything we will cover in the group will assume you have an understanding of what is in the book. No, you are an adult, I can’t make you, but just like doing the Whole30, having a deep understanding on the program is a HUGE benefit. (That is me being nice and still saying…Read the book!) 

What are the rules? There are none! That is Food Freedom! I cannot, and will not tell you what to eat! That is for you to decide! But I will be there to help evaluate what is and is not worth it!  

Are you the right coach for me? I don’t know! My style may be considered tough love, but way heavy on the love! I know this is hard work, but I also know can do it! I will absolutely be there to help you, but I will hold you accountable to the goals we set in the beginning of the program- cause I love ya, and I know you can do it!
