For six weeks we will work together breaking the diet cycle and cultivating awareness of your body's specific needs. Through this high-touch program, we will work together to help you find peace in your body, learn to trust yourself, and honor your specific needs.
A peek into what we will cover:
Week one focuses on the pillars of nutrition discussing everything from macronutrients, proper hydration, the importance of protein, fiber, fats, and carbohydrates. Education that will empower you with no diet-based bullshit.
Week two is all about building your nutritional foundation. Re-examining and shedding old beliefs while working to build lasting habits that focus on adding health into your life.
Emotional eating is not always a bad thing, but not having awareness around emotional and habitual eating is not serving anyone. Week three explores the connection between food and suppressed emotions, teaching you how to check in with yourself often while honoring your needs. Eating can be comforting, but eating to numb serves no one. This week will help you find the difference between eating for enjoyment and eating to numb.
Acceptance doesn’t mean complacency; acceptance is vital for change. We can not shift what we are not aware of. Week four is all about body awareness and forgiveness. Ending the cycle of restrictive diets and overeating starts with accepting and honoring where you are right now.
Eating for pleasure is not something you earn, it is a birthright! Week five teaches you how to eat with full-body awareness, honoring your body's NEEDS and WANTS. Learn to balance eating for health and satisfaction. You CAN reach and maintain your goals without deprivation and restriction!
Bringing all the pieces together, ensuring you have the tools to live your life free of diets and empowered by your own intuition.
What else is included?:
We start the program establishing your baseline and exploring your goals, and come together again during week 3 & 6. Through guided self-exploration we work together, in private conversation to ensure you have everything you need to be fully supported in reaching your goals.
Alone we are powerful, together we can create magic. In addition to one on one chats you have access to a Private Instagram group. Knowing your supported by like minded women committed to their growth is POWERFUL! Daily posting will keep you motivated and on-track. Ask questions, connect, vent, and brag about wins!
Each week will start with a Weekend Instagram live (time to be determined by what works best for the group). There we will discuss the upcoming week’s focus, which will be discussed daily in the private Instagram group. (no worries if you can not tune in every week, all calls are recorded) Group will also meet via Zoom for interactive discussion.

It is not our darkness that scares us; it is our light.
We keep ourselves in cages by abusing our bodies, overeating and binging some days, and undereating and restricting others. Hostage to the delusion that by “fixing” our bodies, we will fix our lives.
But we are not objects to be fixed. We are not broken.
We are whole beings who already have the tools needed to honor ourselves and reach every goal we have. It is my job to help you see that and step into that power.

I created this program based on the education I desperately needed years ago. I don't believe women need to be told what and how to eat, if that worked the diet industry would not make billions of dollars, it would be out of business. I believe women need to be supported and empowered to listen to their own divine wisdom. Taught to honor their bodies and respect their needs. Given tools that will help them grow into a life they are proud of living.
I believe self-love and acceptance are a birthright, and I am committed to helping you find both as your baseline.
One-on-one calls will be scheduled within 24 hours of signing up, again after week three and during week six.
Every day starts a post that contains our intention. There you can ask any questions that pop up and have them answered in a private and supportive setting. The group size is limited to ensure that everyone receives personalized attention.
In addition to three one-on-one calls, we will have weekly group chats discussing the upcoming week. Weekly "assignments" will be given to help ensure you stay on top of your goals and are moving forward.
This program is NOT for someone looking for a quick fix. This is for someone ready to work to learn about herself deeply, honor her needs and start celebrating life, not dieting her way through it. Heather is not going to hold your hand (she will tell you this, her words not mine) and tell you you are doing your best.
