Are you ready to trust yourself? To find happiness and peace in your body and obtain true food freedom?

Are you ready to release self-sabotaging behaviors?  To honor your body and work with it to achieve your goals?

Are you ready to be in control of and at ease with your diet?

Then you are in the right place...

If you are sick of starting over, repeating the same diets and cleanses, only to end up in the same place a few months later, this program is for you.

This isn’t a diet.  This isn’t an elimination protocol.  This isn’t a point system, a macro or calorie counting-based program.  This is nothing you have done before.

For four weeks, we will work together to break the diet cycle and cultivate awareness of your body's specific needs.

Through this high-touch program, we will work together to help you find peace in your body, learn to trust yourself and honor your specific needs.

A peek into what we will cover:

1

Nutritional Basics

Week one focuses on the pillars of nutrition, discussing everything from macronutrients to proper hydration and the importance of protein, fiber, fats, and carbohydrates. Education that will empower you with no diet-based bullshit.

2

Foundational Behaviors

Week two is all about building your nutritional foundation. Re-examining and shedding old beliefs while working to build lasting habits that focus on adding health to your life.

3

Emotional Eating & Eating with Mind-Body Kindness

Emotional eating is not always bad, but not having an awareness of emotional and habitual eating is not serving anyone.  Week three explores the connection between food and suppressed emotions, teaching you how to check in with yourself often while honoring your needs. Eating can be comforting, but eating to numb serves no one. This week will help you find the difference between eating for enjoyment and eating to numb.

Week three will teach you how to eat with full-body awareness, honoring your body's NEEDS and WANTS.  Learn to balance eating for health and satisfaction.

You CAN reach and maintain your goals without deprivation and restriction!

4

Optimization, Sustainability, and Body Acceptance

Acceptance doesn’t mean complacency; acceptance is vital for change.  We can not shift what we are not aware of.  Week four is all about body awareness and forgiveness. Ending the cycle of restrictive diets and overeating starts with accepting and honoring where you are right now.

Week 4 will bring all the pieces together, ensuring you have the tools to live your life free of diets and empowered by your own intuition and internal guidance.

Learning to trust and honor yourself will set you free. Release guilt, shame, and self-sabotaging habits while building habits that will sustain and support the person you want to be.

Let honoring and taking care of yourself become your new baseline. Join me, starting April 15th, for four weeks of self-exploration, renewal, and learning to honor your body.

Hi! I'm Heather, your Self-Empowerment Hype Girl.

If you are here, it is safe to assume it is because of your interest in improving your relationship with food and your body.

You came to the right place.

I created this program based on the education I desperately needed years ago. I don't believe women need to be told what and how to eat; if that worked, the diet industry would not make billions - it would be out of business.

I believe women deserve to be supported and empowered to listen to their divine wisdom. Taught to honor their bodies and respect their needs and given tools that will help them thrive.

I believe self-love and acceptance are birthrights, and I am committed to helping you find both as your baseline.

This program is an extension of my book, "Not Another Diet Book," and the tools I use in my coaching practice that have helped hundreds of women learn to love, respect, and feel amazing in their bodies.

If you are ready to end the diet cycle and committed to examining and shedding everything keeping you stuck, this is the program for you.

Ready to kick-start healthy habits that will change your relationship with your body and your life?

Save my spot now, I am ready!

You have Questions; I have answers...

The program starts Saturday, April 15th, and concludes on May 13th.

Hello Healthy will start with a kick-off session Saturday, April 15th, time TBD depending on what best suits the group's needs. Every day thereafter will start with a post containing our daily intention and educational information, and exercises in the private Facebook group.

The Facebook group is private; you can ask any questions that pop up and have them answered in a safe and supportive setting.

In addition to the kick-off session, we will have weekly group chats discussing the upcoming week, and weekly "assignments" will be given to help ensure you stay on top of your goals and are moving forward.

This program is NOT for someone looking for a quick fix. This is for someone ready to work to learn about herself deeply, honor her needs and start celebrating life, not dieting her way through it. You will receive all the benefits of four weeks of One on One coaching AND support from a like-minded group of women.

If you are sick of dieting, sick of being unhappy in your body, and want to FEEL GOOD and treat yourself with love and respect, then this is for you.  I cannot wait to get to know you better and watch you succeed!

Q: Do I need to be an NYSF Member?

A: No, this group is open to any female. I highly encourage anyone joining who is local to add on four weeks of NYSF training, as it will help bring the concepts of the group together and help you better learn to understand, celebrate and respect your body.

Q: What is the cost of the program?

A: The investment is $111 for four weeks of high-touch coaching. You can add an additional $50 to NYSF training, normally a $149 value (link to add on will be emailed to you upon sign-up!)

Q: I do not use or enjoy Facebook - what should I do?

A: Girl, same; Facebook can be a trash place to spend your time. However, it is an easy place to communicate, stay in contact, and store information. You can make a temporary profile, and if you already have one but do not like to be active on FB (same), set the group notification to ON - that way, you will be alerted of posts without the need to mindlessly scroll on check the app.

Any other questions? Feel free to email me at heather@nysaf.com, and I will get back to you ASAP.

Testimonials From Former Group Members

Heather changed the way I look at food. Now I know what is worth it to me and what isn’t. That is so powerful!! I can’t say enough about her coaching, daily inspiration, tough love, and accountability. It was exactly what I needed. Even though it was a group, she made all of us feel like number one. Every question was answered thoroughly; we were told the answer and the WHY behind it. This program was the best investment I have ever made!-KR

Heather gave me the tools designed to open my eyes to my relationship with food and my relationship with myself. I learned more about myself in a few weeks than I had in 44 years. She teaches us that it is never really about food, but what we eat affects every area of our lives. She helped me learn to eat to honor my body. This program helped me step into the person I always wanted to be. - MC

When I first signed up for the group, I was in a dark place about myself and how I viewed and felt about my body. Heather helped me get refocused and gave me great tools to use not just for the four weeks but for a lifetime. Heather taught me show up for myself, and I have never been more proud of myself! She is helpful and honest (because, let's face sometimes we need to be called out on our own bullshit!)  I would 100 percent recommend this program to anyone wanting to feel better and take better care of themselves.-TG

Heather has truly helped me become a healthier, happier woman who is embracing loving and supporting myself. She taught me so much about positive self-talk, journaling, enjoying the small moments, and giving myself grace. I started this program as a woman who talked badly to herself because of what she ate, who was obsessed with a number on a scale, and who was obsessed with calorie counting. I’m leaving this program finally enjoying what I eat and not letting food dictate my life. I am reaching my goals, and I feel good in my body for the first time. - AM

I went into this program with the mindset of getting my "diet" back on track and making healthier lifestyle choices. What came out of this was so much bigger than that. In general, I feel happier, healthier, more at ease; like a weight has been lifted off of my shoulders.  It has been a complete shift for me and people around me notice it too.  I could go on and on about this program.  I would do this again in a heartbeat to just improve myself even more.  I can not thank you enough for what you put into this and for helping me get out of my own way.- JD
