Week two is all about building your nutritional foundation. Re-examining and shedding old beliefs while working to build lasting habits that focus on adding health to your life.

Eating and Moving to Support Your Goals

Week three will combine your knowledge of nutrition with your ability to create sustainable habits, helping you build a lifestyle tailored to your needs and goals.

No more extreme deprivation and all-or-nothing mindsets. Here, you will create a plan that will nourish you, allowing you to easily reach your goals.

Emotional Eating & Eating with Mind-Body Kindness

Emotional eating is not always bad, but not being aware of emotional and habitual eating is not serving anyone. Week three explores the connection between food and suppressed emotions, teaching you how to check in with yourself often while honoring your needs. This week will help you find the difference between eating for enjoyment and eating to numb.

Week three will teach you to eat with full-body awareness, honoring your body's needs and wants. Learn to balance eating for health and satisfaction.

Optimization and Sustainability

Week five will bring all the pieces together, ensuring you have the tools to live your life free of diets and empowered by your own intuition and guidance.

You can ask questions in a confidential and supportive environment.

Daily posting will keep you motivated and on track. Every day will include another piece of education for you to dig into and digest.

In the group, you can ask questions, directly access me daily, connect, vent, and brag about wins.

Weekly Intention Setting Group Meetings

Each week will include a Zoom call (the time will be determined by what works best for the group).

There, we will discuss the upcoming week’s focus, troubleshoot any problems, and allow you to ask questions.

The program starts on Saturday, September 14th, and concludes on October 18th.

We will start with a kick-off session on Saturday, September 14th, time TBD, depending on what best suits the group's needs. Every day thereafter, we will start with a post in the private Facebook group containing our daily intentions, educational information, and exercises. 

The Facebook group is private; you can ask questions and have them answered in a safe and supportive setting. 

In addition to the kick-off session, we will have weekly group chats discussing the upcoming week, and weekly "assignments" will be given to help ensure you stay on top of your goals and are moving forward. 

This program is NOT for someone looking for a quick fix. This is for someone ready to work to learn about herself deeply, honor her needs, and start celebrating life, not dieting her way through it. You will receive all the benefits of four weeks of One-on-one coaching AND support from a like-minded group of women.

Q: What is the cost of the program?

A: The investment is $250 for five weeks of high-touch coaching.

Q: I do not use or enjoy Facebook - what should I do?

A: Same; Facebook can be a trash place to spend your time. However, it is an easy place to communicate, stay in contact, and store information. You can make a temporary profile, and if you already have one but do not like to be active on FB (same), set the group notification to ON—that way, you will be alerted of posts without the need to mindlessly scroll or check the app.

Q: I am local and would like to come to your gym for training as well. Is that possible?

A: Absolutely! For the duration of the program, add on a training membership at NYSF in Elmira. Learn how to celebrate your body fully by exploring fitness in a safe, welcoming, and fun environment.

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: If you change your mind before 9/8, you will be given a 100% refund. Due to the limited availability of the program, if you decide not to join between 9/8 and 9/13, you will be refunded 50%. After 9/13, no refunds will be issued.
