We believe in building fitness programs that are so enjoyable your child will never think of exercise as something they have to do... it will be something they GET to do for years to come.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Fun!

Errands to run? Need some time to yourself? Not a problem! Your child is safe with us for the duration of the camp. Send them in comfortable clothes and sneakers with a water bottle and we will handle the rest!

Learn the basics

Our goal is not only to ensure your child has a great time but also to help them develop a lifelong love of movement! They will learn basic movement patterns they can build upon for years to come.

Skill building

Through games, age-appropriate agility drills, and plyometric exercises, your child will be given an opportunity to build valuable athletic skills.

Mobility

Taking inspiration from restorative yoga, we want to help your child stay mobile active!
