Set your athlete up for success during their next season with our unique training program. They will receive instruction in movement training, linear and lateral speed techniques, foot speed and agility, explosive power development, proper functional strength training, and energy system conditioning.
Each Weekly Training Block will focus on the following:

Our program is designed to support athletes ages Grades 2 - 12. NYSF Sports Performance programs are set up to enhance your young athlete's performance in any sport they choose. We aim to help your athlete feel stronger, faster, and more powerful than the competition.
Each session is 60 minutes in length and incorporates all elements of our world-class program, and is enhanced to suit the needs of school-age athletes.
Training Starts Monday, August 7th.
Your Athlete may sign up for the entire 4-week program or choose a weekly option.
Block One: August 7th - 10th
Block Two: August 14th - 18th
Block Three: August 21st - 25th
Block Four: August 28th - September 1st
Sports Performance Training Investment: $50 per week OR $150 for the entire 4-week session
