As the pioneers of Sports Performance Training in the Southern Tier, New York Sport & Fitness offers an innovative approach to training for middle school, high school, and college age athletes.
Our unique group program includes instruction in movement pattern training, injury reduction and rehabilitation, linear and lateral speed techniques, foot speed and agility, explosive power development, proper functional strength training, and energy system conditioning.
Athletes are coached from the moment they enter the facility to the moment they leave. NYSF's Strength and Conditioning program is based on consistent, continual coaching.
Your athlete is guaranteed to build their strength, stamina, and skill. They will learn the value of teamwork, make friends, and increase their confidence through their accomplishment of each fitness goal.
Group times:
2nd-6th Grade Athletes: 4:30 pm Tuesday and Thursday
6th- 12th Grade Athletes: 5:30 pm Tuesday and Thursday

Every NYSF Trainer is a Certified Functional Strength Coach with over 40 years of combined training expeirence.
Athletes are closely supervised for the duration of their workout, with close attention always being paid to proper technique and safety. Group sizes are limited to ensure each athlete receives individual attention.
NYSF Certified Training staff has experience coaching Football, Soccer, Baseball, and Basketball. We know the drills your child needs to succeed.
Training Runs from March 12th through April 18th
Programs are held at NYSF Horseheads: 39 Philo Road West, located off the Miracle Mile.
Groups are limited to 12 children; spots are reserved on a first-come basis.
All sessions are 1 hour.
