They will receive instruction in movement training, linear and lateral speed techniques, foot speed and agility, explosive power development, proper functional strength training, and energy system conditioning.

Training Runs from July 7th - August 15th
Programs are held at NYSF Horseheads: 39 Philo Road West, located off the Miracle Mile.
Groups are limited. Spots are reserved on a first-come basis.
All sessions are 1 hour.
