I have struggled with my weight and my confidence since I can remember. I have tried every diet, diet program and gym around, and everything always worked for about 2-3 weeks but then I would fall back into my bad habits. Since starting NYSF team training I am down 20 pounds and I never dread going to the gym, which helps so much with staying on track! I enjoy coming ever day. I love that we spilt the days up and do some cardio days, some strength days and some days where we do both! I’m constantly laughing and smiling when I’m at the gym because I’m working out with trainers and members who I’ve grown to love. I can't count how many fitness programs I've started over the years. Most lasted a couple weeks, some a month or two... So, like many others, my wife and I started NYSF with the 21 day program Oct 2016, and haven't stopped! That says it all! We've both increased our strength while reducing our body fat percentage. We both have more energy and without a doubt, have certainly improved our overall health. We could not have done this without NYSF. The trainers truly want to help every single person. The programs are well thought out, consistently updated, challenging and fun. But the greatest reward is the team environment. People from all walks, ages genders and with different fitness goals come together and try to "get better every day"
